Within Ironwood, we hope to offer lots that will accommodate custom homes, options for those who want to downsize to a single-level patio home, and townhome solutions that have lawncare and outside maintenance taken care of. Ironwood is now annexed into the Town of Ferdinand with areas zoned for both residential and multi-family housing! Our engineer has all field work completed and is actively working on conceptual plat layouts. Our intention is to initially focus on single-family lots, ranging from one-half acre to 1 and 1/2 acre depending on our customers’ and builders’ preferences. In addition, we are exploring options on how we can meet the needs of those who want less house and little to no maintenance/upkeep. Regardless, our goal is to being options to market that do not exist in Ferdinand today. Our development will be open to local builders and we intend on having appropriate covenants to guide the development.
We are excited to begin construction, but first need to work through the significant headwinds related to material availability and pricing.
